Hotel location & staff behavior good. Peaceful sleep without disturbance.

Couldn't fault.

The hotel is located in a great place, easy to find and not far from main attractions. the staff was amazing, they were kind, courteous, and helpful. the rooms were well decorated and spacious enough to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. the bathroom was clean, the towels were soft and there were enough toiletries provided.

there was a problem with the geyser and TV in my room.

The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. Another advantage was the peaceful atmosphere, with no disturbances from nearby noise.

The lift, geyser, and TV were not working, which was quite inconvenient. the hotel was undergoing renovations, resulting in dust all around the premises.
